Paris candles

Here's the story behind these hand-poured soy candles, each in a unique and hand-painted glass jar:

My daughter asked to go on a school trip to Paris, and we said she could go if she earned half of the money. "How will I earn money?" she asked, because she didn't have a car or driver's license and was not sure how she'd get an after-school job. "You liked making candles last Christmas, and I could help you make some more of those and sell them." So we upcycled glass yogurt jars by painting them and pouring soy candles. They're available unscented, so you can use them for a dinner table or holiday cocktail buffet, or in small-batch, seasonal fragrances. Each one is painted and poured completely by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
